Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition Requirements: Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our standards of quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture: Including custom-sized bed frames and headboards

- Assembled Furniture: Items that have been fully assembled cannot be returned

The Return & Exchange Process
